Congratulations to these women who took control of their situation and paid the price to change their bodies. The basic principal of losing weight is to eat less & move more. But many people get so confused on what to eat (or not to eat) and what movement to take...they don't do either. Don't over complicate the process. If you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight.
